You can import existing data from other applications through a CSV import (flat file).

Here’s how to do it!

1. Log in as a system administrator and select Connections from the Main Menu.

2. Select Import Jobs from the Dropdown Menu. Select your desired import.

3. Click on the menu and select 👣 Run a New Import. Then choose your desired import from the list.

4. You’ll reach this screen where you can upload your file. You will be able to select the file that you want to import from your computer by clicking on the Browse Button. 🧐 Then hit the Import File button.

When it’s imported successfully, you’ll be able to view completed uploads on the Job History screen. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

As you can see in the example below, none of the files were imported. This could be due to insufficient data, duplicate entries or missing fields. You’ll either find that your entire import failed due to improper formatting or missing columns, or you may see a single row or ID fail due to duplication or data errors.

You’ll receive an email from us describing the error - update the file and try again.
